My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The room had a magnificent view of the gardens and lake, newly refurbished in soothing creamy and white colors. It was absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service was top-notch, making me feel like royalty with their attention to detail and special surprises for my girlfriend's birthday. The location couldn't have been better, offering both tranquility and easy access to town and nearby attractions. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, nicely renovated, and had a full bath plus a half bath, which was a nice feature. The service was extremely attentive, warm, and helpful. The location was excellent, right on the main street by the lake, and within walking distance of the main train station. The dining experience was amazing with a wide variety of choices. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were fabulous, very spacious with a wonderful lake view, but I was a bit bothered around midnight at the noise coming from the next room. The service was impeccable, especially thanks to Jose Gil, the Chef Concierge. The location is excellent, right next to the lake and within walking distance of the main train station, making it easy to explore the area. The dining experience was beyond reproach, with rich and diverse options delivered promptly. Overall, a great hotel deserving of its high rating.
